Andy Crook has been working with MFA Physical Theatre students at the Accademia Dell'Arte, Arezzo in Italy for much of last year and until February 2012. He will be performing "Play" by Samuel Beckett with Gaitcrash Theatre in March at the Half Moon Theatre, Cork and in May will be performing with Phillip Zarrilli and his Llanarth Group at the Malta Theatre Festival in July. Paul Keenan and Andy Crook co-directed ExitUschitaAusgangSortie at this year’s Arezzo Festival. He currently teaches at the Berliner Schule für Schauspiel, and will lead a course in Cabaret Performance at the Accademia dell’arte in Arezzo, Italy in 2011. Helena Walsh is currently working on a Cabaret to be performed in the Autumn with Songspeil. She is also giving Thursday evening and Friday afternoon voice classes through October, November and December and the dates are under Training - Workshops on this website. Helena is currently developing a music, movement and voice workshop for young children at Junior and senior infants inspired by her daughters first day at school in September. From the big kids to the little kids we actors have a world of expression to learn from the little ones and most of all their love of play and everything fun. For our work is child's play which we then use to inspire and move the adult world in our storytelling. |
